Error Code 15:

Error Code 15 is an error code that comes about during the Alternator Harness Test.

To resolve the error code:

• This code is related to the Large Red Battery Wire from the Alternator Harness – Be sure that the Large Red Battery wire is connected to the machine as directed during the alternator harness test. If it is connected, remove the harness and pull back the red boot covering the clamp. Examine the connection between the red wire and clamp. If there is noticeable damage, please call us at 1.800.242.6367 to order a new harness. If there is no noticeable damage, please call us at 1.800.242.6367 for further assistance.
